(一)      螺杆结构的形式

螺杆是注射成型机机体主要部分之一,通过它的转动才能使塑料沿预溶区的注射炮筒内前进,使料流产生高压。在挤压过程中之所以要使料流具有一定压力,其原因是保证溶融的塑料挤入待注压筒,同时使塑料的质量均匀和密致,而塑料在预溶区的注射炮筒里是逐渐增大的,受压大小和如何受压则与螺杆的构造有关。为达到其功能目的,螺杆一般有两种基本形式。一种是使螺距相等令螺槽深度逐渐减小,另一是使螺距渐密而螺槽深度不变。一般采用前者,因其制造容易,且筒内塑料与筒的接触面大,从而增加了加热的效果。但缺点则强度差些,以致容易损坏,而后一种形式的优缺点恰巧相反。见图示:

 


 

                                                                                                                      

                                                                                                                                                        

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       

螺焊上螺纹,一般是单螺纹,但也有设计为双螺纹的,如上图之C类所示。,因双螺纹螺焊能使出料加快,但料流的压力不高,塑化和混合的效率差,而且料流压力常会出现时大时小现象(脈动现象),所以实际采用的很少。

螺焊上的螺距短,则其推挤料流的力量越大,对料流造成的压力也越大,但出料量则越小,一般螺焊上螺距的大小约为螺焊直径的1.5.

它对于一定事型的塑料具有很多特点。头部的呈鱼雷状的a重用于聚氯乙稀、聚已烯等塑料,头部呈鱼雷状的则适用于醋酸纤维,聚醉胺等塑料。
